CIC CE Credit Manager has been conducting unauthorized charges to my bank card as well as my husband's. To date they have charged $99.60 to our account. We have not signed up for monthly services with this company. We logged on to Freecreditreport.com for a one time usage. After canceling our free trial to avoid further charges, we have still received monthly charges from BOTH CIC CE Credit Manager and their affiliated company CIC Triple Advantage. On the Freecreditreport.com website it states "When you order your free report here, you will begin your free trial membership in Triple AdvantageSM Credit Monitoring. If you don't cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period*, you will be billed $14.95 for each month that you continue your membership." CIC Triple Advantage has been charging each of our cards a SECOND FEE totaling $123.55 to date.in all, we are owed $223.15 for services we did not authorize.
CIC CE Credit Manager, CIC Triple Advantage, and Freecreditreport.com are all affiliated companies and are in on this scam! They will be reported to the BBB promptly.
