Ok yet again this company seems willing to violate all common courtesy, decensy and normal operations of a legeitimate company.
This company has so many complaints and hate sites and yet look at thier response to every one not once to they admit to any fault what so ever and thier response is always this person is lieing. All of these people cant be lieing about your company!!!

Want to know how well they tell the truth want to know if they lie well i can tell you YES THEY LIE... Notice how they say "never sold or disclosed to anyone" and yet on the very complaint i just filed about a whole other issue what did they do they told everyone my full name and address!!!
In other words they violated thier own privacy policy THEY LIED!!! They continue to lie, with every response to every complaint from others and myself THEY LIE and yet call the ones filling the complaints LIERS...
This group or person claims to be a huge company in a very large building in operation over 22 years they claim...
If they are such a big company then what is the big deal about refunding 97.00??? If they are such a big company why do they have a paypal account and not a merchant account??? If they are such a big company why do they have such poor customer service, as to acutally fight over a 97.00 refund that they will have to make eventully and should make now!!!
Want to see something else here is a quote from them get this, would a decent company of any standing make such a statement as this:
"Paypal would not refund you, we could simply tell them we are going to ship the item and provide a tracking # and you would not get a refund from them and we can legally take up to 30 days to ship the product."
They are willing to lie to paypal to delay me getting a 97.00 refund this is not a big company this is a deceptive company or person!!!
THEY LIE CHEAT!!! And then when the many people complain about them they attack instead of try to fix the situation they attack those that complain and call them liers and make up things about them this company is out of control...
This company is scandolously deceptive, and borderline criminal if not criminal, I dont see how they continue to operate, with such aragance and disreguard for the law!!!???
Is 97.00 such a big deal to you that you are willing to waste what would seem to be precious time to you if you are a trully big company dont you have other things to do then fight over 97.00 you owe me!!!???!?!
Oh and as a counter note i know how you hate paypal complaints so im sure you will love this, i called paypal told them about the email you sent me saying they would not help me etc... They asked if i had that email i said yea i have them all they asked me to send them to them for review and send them i did!!!
When will you stop lieing and when will you refund the 97.00 you owe me!!!???
