Charging my credit card even after I cancelled membership

I signed up for a free credit report for 30 days with Triple Advantage Credit Service. I forgot to cancel my membership after the first 30 days, so they charged me $12.95 for the next month of service. No problem. I call them within a day or two of that charge to cancel my membership. Their operators tell me that I will not be charged again. But a month later, there is another charge of $12.95 on my bank statement. That is not right.
