They tell you that you will only be billed $1.95 for an information packet. NO WHERE did it tell me I was going to be signing up for a service of any kind. It just stated that you would pay $1.95 for an information packet about starting an online business. However, this is totally NOT the case! You put in your information, they charge you $1.95 for the information packet, and then they charge you $29.95... For who knows what?!?!! This is totally misleading and I understand why there are so many complaints against this company.
I called my bank and they told me to file a claim to get my $29.95 back, which I am doing. I have also closed my account so that no further charges will be made to my account.
I have also called Online Supplier and told them that I wanted to cancel this because it was very misleading and I did not authorize the $29.95 charges. The rep was nice and told me that he would credit my account $14.95 and cancel the service (which I still have no idea what it is).
I just hope that Online Supplier stops being so vague on their advertising. I work on the web and I am sure to read everything before I decided to purchase and I am POSITIVE that I never read anything about incurring more than the $1.95 fee.
