Ripoff and dishonest

I bought a computer from DELL with six months free of aol. When the six months was up I call and said I wish to cancel the service. The csr i talked to said that if i keep the service they would give me two months free. SO I kept the service and when the two months was up I called back and again stay and you will get two months free and this time they gave me aol reward points to redeem when the two months was up...

THE rewards and free months lasted for months when they finally charged my account. I call to ask why my account had been charge and I was told that my account was do. I began to explain to redeem points I was given, I was then told that the csr was not authorized to give me these points. (ok not my problem their mistake)...

So this csr began to say sorry for the misunderstanding we value you as a customer blohhhhhhh, and we will give you two months free. Twenty seven days later my account was charged twice as much 57.98 I call aol back and ask for a refund because I was supposed to have two free months and the csr said he was sorry and would refund my money and again give me a month free, and I should have my money in seven to ten business days.

Well two weeks had past and I still had not receive my money back. So I call back and while I was on hold I was opening up my mail to find out the had charge my account 28.88 (my service was only 23.95) I began to talk to someone and I told that person that I call in two weeks ago and i was promised a refund and she said ok I will do that for you now, and I replyed that I was told two weeks ago that it would be in my account and your now tell me that your just going to put it back in my account. She then said i don't know who you talked to put they did not give you the refund i will do that for you now. I SAID OK CAN I SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR I WAS TOLD NO THEY ARE TO BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I persisted until she finally put someone else on the phone who told me she would only give me a refund of forty dollars i said no when i asked what call center and state i was calling she told me she could not give out that info. I then told her about the 28.88 and she said (i think just to get me of the phone) that she would refund everything out of her pocket i told he i did not belive her, so i asked for a refund and for them to close out the account i was told i could not get my refund unless the account was still open.

A MONTH LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVE ANY MONEY, AND WHEN I CALLED TO CANCELL THE ACCOUNT SO THEY COULD NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN THE CSR DID NOT WANT TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT OUT. HE kepted trying to get me to stay by giving me more free months. I said no! After about three attempts and me telling him i was tapeing the conversation he finally agree to close the account.

I am still out of my money. The bank has charge me nsf charges. I have bounce check because of them taking money out of my account.
