I have never heard of this company VersaTalk, but yet my bank account is being charged monthly $49.95 for services or products unknown.
I have no idea how they obtained my account number or why my bank allowed pre-authorized checks drawn on my account. I have disputed these charges with my bank. Hopefully they will do something about it.
I contacted the company by phone number given to me by my bank and was tranferred to an automated line which stated all funds drawn on my account would be refunded. To dated this has not occurred.
I have read the horror stories about this company on this website and will take the suggested action of contacting the FTC, and consumer protection on this company and the fraudulent charges to my account.
