GUARDIAN MARKETI VERSATALK appeared on my bank statement with them charging my bank account on 11/10/04 - $49.95 without my permission or knowledge.
This company contacted me by phone. I have an unlisted phone number so I do not know how they got it, let alone my bank account number. I told them over the phone that I was not interested in their vacation packages.
When you call this company you never get to talk to a real person. They also have your phone number on record because the recording repeated my phone number. I have left message after message on their answering machine. They also give another phone number on the answering service for a long distance plan which I suspect is Guardian Market Versatalk. That phone number is 1-888-711-6689. This company also has your phone number and the same exact recording as Capitol Vacations right down to the same voice.
