Ripoff, fraudulent, misleading St Petersburg

Igot charged $49.95 in early May and called my credit union to inquire about this charge. They gave me a "customer service" number.

I called and got an automated response telling me my "membership" has been canceled and to expect a refund in 3 or 4 business days. It never happened.

June 27, while checking my bank account online, I saw the same $49.95 charge, and again I call my credit union and they informed me it was versatalk again.

Not only do I not know how the charges started, I don't know how to make them stop. My credit union sent me an affadavit form to send back to them, and hopefully they can at least stop the withdrawals and/or retrieve my funds.

Beware of this company, be afaid, be very afraid of Versatalk.
