I purchased some watches from this Rip off. When I got them there was 4 that were not working. 33 of them didn't have foam to protect them in the box. 10 were missing there warranties. 3 never had the watch holders in them and 1 box was damaged.
When you pay $970.00 for them this is a big deal!!!
I called them and e-mailed them and finally got a hold of someone and they emailed me and told me to send the watches back and they would credit my account or send me out a new order.
I had to pay for the freight to send them back and then I got a hold of them and he told me there sold as is and they don't except return normally. (this is of course after they already had the watches)
Then I received a email from them saying that they were good enough to sell and they sell closeout and minor imprefections items and they would not honor my claim. Not anywhere on there web sight did I see this or was told this when I ordered them by phone. Considering there sold with a 5 year warranty.
He proceded to tell me that they would refund my moneys - 30% restocking fee. That restocking fee was $291.00.
I emailed him back and told him to send the watches back to me: He told me they already sold them and they were crediting my account - the 30%. If he would have stated this in the begining I would have kept the watches! That is just CRAZY! He knew exactly what he was going to do. That was to rip me off the 291.00 my shipping.
This guy needs to be stopped. I'm contacting the Attorney General and The UPS Store.
He also has you pay an extra $7.50 for shipping cost. I wonder if the Shipper no's that there sending out damaged goods and making freight claims on them!
I don't no who else to contact. Maybe the media. This whole thing really sucks. I don't make a lot of money and $300.00 is alot!!!
I hope there is someone out there who can help take this RIPOFF A*HOLE off the internet and out of Business.
