Damaged products and won't refund or replace

After paying a hefty fee for a subscription to this wholesale site, I purchased a small quantity of Obama watches. I purchased 8 watches. When I received them I noticed 2 of them were broken right away. Then I sold 3 of them. As soon as I sold one to a guy he noticed right away that the watch was broken. I then sold 2 others and the very next day they brought them back to me saying that they broke as soon as they tried to put them on. So out of the 8 watches 5 were broken. I'm afraid to try to sell the other 3.

At any rate I wrote Joe Richey and he said the watches worked fine when he shipped them out because he packed them himself and therefore, he wouldn't replace them or refund the price. They were very cheaply made so I knew they would last but I thought they would at least be a good collectors item but they aren't even good enough for that. I had the subscription to this wholesale sight for a few months before I purchased anything because evertime I tried contacting them, Joe Richey was always so rude and smug but I figured perhaps I was misunderstanding him.

I was wrong, he is rude and smug and really doesn't care about providing good products or services. So I lost money on the cost of the watches and that ridiculous shipping and handling charge but I've learned a valuable lesson. That is follow my instinct.
