I had came across SWAPSELLTRADE.com to make a purchase and I seen how they were trying to get people to join memberships for crazy prices. If it's TRUE drop shipping you shouldn't have to pay for membership. I decided not to take the chance with their membership but did make a purchase from them. I received a reciept from them on August 12th and today still nothing after over 3 weeks. I emailed them stating that I don't want the merch. And to refund my credit card.
I heard nothing from them after 2 days. I called and spoke with a lady that said she was sending my info to JOE to have it processed for a refund. I get an email the same day after I spoke with her stating they reshipped my package and if I don't want it I can send it back with a 25% restock fee. BULLSH*!!!
I called them back and I get an answering service (no surprise). I left a message stating to refund my card immediatly and they should not reship a package when I emailed them and told them over the phone I don't want the merch. And to refund my card. I will be contacting my card company to do a chargeback and contacting my attorney. This "JOE RICHEY" will be brought down along with his crooked business!!!
We want our money back mr. Joe richey... Now!!!
