Noticed billings from Credit Expert to my M/C in amounts I felt were excessive.
I was billed $9.95 per month plus $29.95 for reading my three credit reports and then another $12.00 because they added my wife. I realized I was getting "soaked" by this company, so I cancelled the whole subscription.
Today, I saw on my checking account that Credit Expert had once again debited $9.95 to the account, after it was cancelled. Again, I called and got the same customer service rep. Who was very "canned" and "lacking touch" with her telephone skill. She refused to give me the "physical address" of Credit Expert. After much "due-to-security-reasons" excuses, I got only a P.O. Box address.
