Ripoff took money out of our account without getting approval. We have a phone package that includes everything unlimited

We just received the bank statement today and when we were making sure of what got withdrawn, we noticed that this company withdrew money from the account to activate this account. We have no use of this account or with this company. There is no one for me to talk to about this problem. I just got started with this problem. Please help me with this problem.
