Paid for 2 service calls, nothing done worth the fee. Each time stated utilities such as heat pump and electricity was not installed properly or not code or some excuse although they state in their agreement they cover old homes as well as new.
American General is a corporate part of SERVICE MASTER COMPANY, if you want to hit them where it hurts, spread the work to not use any of their other companies as well such as Tru-Green, Merry Maids, Furniture Medic, Terminix. Contact your State's Attorney General Office and BBB and file a complaint. Call Clark Howard or go to his website and get help there! Mr. Jonathan Ward is the Chairman and Chief EX Officer of ServiceMaster. Also Mr. Albert Cantu is the Group Business President of ServicMaster. Everyone write to them!!!
