I am super pissed as not only is this fraudulent company illegally withdrawing funds under the name of Galleria USA (I never heard of it before) It is also going by the name Simply You.
Both so called businesses have been deducting $14.95 per month for the last four months from my account! So I am out over $119.00 plus any overdraft charges I have received. (this is what called my attention to these charges)
I have made numerous calls to the # listed on my statement... The 1-800-411-8104, and no one can seem to tell me what this company is or for that matter, how they got my info. I have been promised that the deductions would stop And I would receive all the money back! Well it has been to months now and they just took out another two unauthorized payments.
What the hell do I do now? How do I stop them short of canceling my credit card? Does anyone know what these companys represent, or what they claim to offer for the monthly charge? I have never ordered on-line unless it was thru pay-pal or a secure booksite.
Any advice on what to do would be welcomed. These people need to be put in prison and let someone take out a Huge monthly payment from them in trade! Let them get bent over!
