I have a 4 month old baby its 95 degrees in my home I called american home shield for emergency service this is the second day I have been waiting.
When I called the company that was supposed to come out I was informed they no longer do work for american home shield because they dont pay their bills. They have called 3 of the companies they use and last I heard I might be hearing from one of them in 4 hours.
This company is a rip off... I had my air conditioning worked on 6 months ago by one of their service people he told me that my a.C. Needed the coils cleaned to work properly. When he called american home sheild to get permission to do the work they said they dont cover that service.
It cost me 400.00 and now its broken again what is the point of having a warranty that wont cover the necessary repairs?
