Ripoff emailed to cancel and also called to cancel membership and was told it would be cancelled but they continue to bill my cc. Nationwide

I went to the internet for a free credit report and cancelled after the 30 days trial period by e-mail and it was confirmed. A month later $9.95 showed up on my credit card bill and the next month the same thing happened so I called the toll free number to cancelled and a woman told the would remove it. Three months later it is still being charged. I notified my credit card company and they are trying to help me resolve this matter.
