On 1/11, I did a free trail period for a video and decided immediatley to cancel (said you had 30 minutes to cancel the Free Trail Period). After following the directions exactly, I got a message that I was not a member. I tried twice and then sent an email stating I wanted the subscriptin cancelled.
I received a reply the following morning that it was cancelled, but I was still charged the 29.98 fee, plus an unexplained $1.97. I called and spoke to John on 1/12 and explained what happened and that I wanted a credit. He said I should see it in 7 - 10 days.
As of this report, 2/4, I have not received a credit.
