Ripoff I called and cancelled membership, I was told they would, after 3 months, they are still charging my credit card. I have now contacted my credit card to stop paying them. Columbia, South Carolina

The information they provide is that you can cancel membership by the 14th day. I called and cancelled, they had already charged the 49.99 start membership. Now they tell me that I told them to continue my membership.

They charge 9.99 every month for membership. I cancelled again. But to date they continue to charge my credit card. I have been going thru some personal problems and hadn't checked my credit card carefully.

On Oct 11 I realize something was wrong and emailed Sincerely Silver to let them know that I was still being charged. I also wrote to the credit card company to have them stop paying them. Today for some reason I decided to check my creidt card statement and I found out that on Oct 12 Sincerely Silver had again charged my credit card. Why twice in the same month? By the time the credit card company received my letter the second charge had already happend.
