What they don't tell you (and are required to do so) at the school is that you do have access to an ombudsmans office in your state. The ombudsman is is a go between when you are having difficulty in dealing with your stuent aid. This is a service of the department of education. The number to call is 1-877-557-2575 www.sfahelp. The numbers for these agencies are listed on the last page of the "student guide" put out by the department of education.
