I took out an educational loan with the Michigan Department Of Education in 1990 at the Loop Academy Of Business. The school closed in 1997. I finished my class that lasted from 1/90-7/90.
I was not educated, I did not receive a job through the school which was promised, and I never received grades or transcripts. I have been complaining about this since 1990. The student loan is in default and part of my chapter 13 with Robert Semrad and Associates, Downtown.
I do not want to pay for the loan because I was scamed. I did not receive real education from a real school. It was a way for the Michigan Department of Education to make money. I have not been able to receive financial aid most of my life and could not attend college because of this. I want my money back that I paid the the Michigan Guaranty Agency.
