I received a call at my job from a customer service representive with travel agency network stating i had been selected to try a free travel package for seven days and if i did not like it i could cancel. The customer service representive also stated that if i did not cancel within seven days my account would be billed. I was told that i would receive four airline tickets to anywhere good for a year.
I have received the travel package, but I decided not to keep it. The $149.00 they were going charge was too much. I have been trying to call the 888 that was given to me, but when i called it is automated and the operator ask you for an ID# the one i was given is invalid and then it hangs up on me i don't get an option to speak to customer service. Now the time is passing and they are going to try and take my money and i get nothing i have sent them a letter to the address provided stating i'm canceling i have also report this to my bank.
