Hydroderm sends first "Free Sample" only days before recurring shipment is to be sent and billed to your credit card.
Cancellation screen says "Processing" Waited 45 minutes for order/membership cancellation but still did not work.
I had to open 5 browser windows - all to the cancellation screen and hit cancel order on 5 separate windows - and waited over an hour for one of the browsers to finally cancel. I have a T3 line (very fast internet connection) and had to wait this long at midnight (time of low internet traffic). A person using dial-up would never be able to cancel with this method.
Also - when clicking on links to customer service - or to get a live person, the links go nowhere, they link around to the homepage, not to a screen with an email address.
When calling the support line - you get put on hold forever, never able to talk to a person.
This company entraps people with an intentionally poorly operating website. The links are ambiguous, and the cancellation screen is coded in a way to show a "processing bar" when really there is no processing being done.
The average person will have to spend a few hours (at least) trying to cancel the membership to prevent further fees. This is NOT WORTH THE FREE SAMPLE.
