I was contatcted by Guardian marketing, who told me I would recieve a free vacation gift just for joining. So I did, bc they said I had a 14 day free trial period where I could cancel if I didnt want it anymore and I will still get to keep the free gift. I thought this was good bc I would give the free gift to my parents as a christmas present or anniversary present. Well needless to say I didnt get any free gift from them and a few day before the 14 day trial period ended I recieve a letter from them.in the letter it gave a phone number that I could call to cancel so I called it and cancelled it. Well having thought it was cancelled, I just forgot about it. Until my check for rent bounced. I called the bank and asked them where my money went and they told me guardian marketing took $149 out and then a week or two later took another $59.99 out. I don't mind not recieving the gift, but if they are going to take my money anyways, what am I getting in return?
