Continued refusal to issue promised refund on a returned item that they acknowledge they have recieved RIPOFF

I have made more than 7 attempts to resolve this issue directly with SAH, speaking to reps and supervisors over the course of the past several weeks, after discovering that instead of receiving a refund for an initial payment towards a returned item (that they fully acknowledged receiving), my credit card continued to be drafted for the full purchase price of the item totaling $388.13 (379.99 plus 8.14 s/h).

Every person I spoke with promised and assured me that the refund was being processed... After speaking with several more reps, the story stays the same.."it is being processed".

Well, it's been several months since the date they received the returned item (7/19/04) and my refund NEVER was processed. The last rep I spoke with (Greg) on 12/6/04 stated yet again that the refund was being processed. I requested the name of his Director. It was 3 attempts before he would release his name of Jim Orear, and he refused to tell me the name of the CEO as I am also filing a complaint with both the Texas and TN Attorney General's Office over this refusal to return my money.
