Returned GE Coffeemaker model #169164 that had been recalled. Had paid 30.00 plus tax for item. U.S. CPSC stated that item should be returned to Wal-Maart "for full refund." I received Wal-Mart shopping card for $18.45. When I pointed out that I should have a full refund, I was told that I should have brought the sales receipt. 1. I want full refund. 2. I do not want to be forced to shop with a Wal-Mart card in order to receive my "full refund."
