Some one got a hold of my card in k-mart where i was buying some things for my husband. When they told me that they had to go in back and see how many times they swiped my card so i waited.
The problem between k-mart and i got handled but a couple of days latter i went to call up about on 09/02 when i got told that my account was all messed up. I said what and the person on the phone told me that yeah my account was all messed up so i went down to the bank to talk to some one when they gave me a phone number for the company.
I called and i talked to a lady there named Jenni at my diet patches and she told me that there records were showing that i was olny charged 169.95 one time not twice and i said no i was charged twice for the same thing not once. Then she said well then fax over here to me a copy showing me where you were charged twice not once and i will issuse you the credit for both amounts of 169.95 i said ok so then i faxed it over to her at 1-815-328-1162 and she credited my account for olny one of the credits
I called back and i got told that she couldn't tALK TO ME ANY MORE BECAUSE SHE'S NOT IN credit dept: any more so then i said well then who can help me then. They said well you can call back after 12:00 central time and talk to one of our other managers that work in this dept so i did and i talked to a ulises reyes and he told me that he was the manager there and he told me that he would credit my account and this was back in september of "04" and he told me that it would take 2-7 bussiness days and if it didn't hit my account by then feel free to call back and he would talk to me and issue it again to me.
So i did i called back and still no credit and when i called back he refused to get on the phone with me and talk. And every time after that he refused to talk he gave me an autherzation number for the refund it is 648870 and he told me thats the number that tracks it to my account saying that he issused it to me but when ever i gave this number to someone at my diet patches they told me thats not an autherzation number it's a bogus number so by now i'm even madder. So i went down to my bank and i filled out a papper that simply says that i had nothing to do with the charges...
Well a couple of months passed and still nothing but in good faith my bank gave me back my money temperarily untill the investitgation was over with just so i could keep using my account because i get my s.S.I. Check direct deposited. Well then november the 1st they gave me the second refund back but they gave it to me in the amount of 159.95 instead of 169.95 and december 2nd 2004 they took it back from me telling my bank that i had everything to do with the charges. And i didn't... And now my account is at a -223.12 cents. Now i can't even use my account to pay any bills or nothing and now i'm going to get my electric shutoff december the 13th because i can't pay it or anything. Because all my bill money is in my account. And now i don't no what to do to get my money back
Please help me if you can. Because i'm very sick with all kinds of mental problems/from being mentaly retared/and having brain damange/plus i'm hearing imparied and i wear hearing aids and can't hear to well and i even talk deaf most of the time... And i'm not dealing too well with this i can't handle doing this i olny have an iQ of 55 and so i don't have the mental capasity to do this on my own...
