Dan Marc Appliance, Inc. Has been to my home at least 10 times since October 8 to repair my Ice Maker. Every visit actually requires 2 visits: one to diagnose the problem, and one to replace parts.
To date (December 3), they have been unable to repair my Ice Maker. I had another appointment today (12/3), but when I called them to confirm, they insisted my appointment is scheduled for 12/4.
This company is terribly incompetent, and has no regard for Customer Satisfaction. They also have a "F" rating with the BBB. My repairs are covered under an extended warranty contract, so unfortunately, I am stuck with Dan Marc, as this is the Company used by the Warrant repair service.
