Kept my land and downpayment

I bought a lot in Port St Lucie; I got in touch with Maronda Homes representative, made arrangements to build a house on that property; they ask me for $5,000 plus the rights to build the house on my property.

Once the house was built, they sold the house to a third party and a lost my money and my land.
