Sears Time Bomb Mattress - Cason Bay Ti Firm King Mattress

I bought a Sears mattress back in April. It was perfectly fine for a few months, the only weird thing about it were really loud "clicking" noises every time we got off the mattress. When I asked Sears about it the same month they said if the noise wasn't bothering us and the mattress felt fine, then I didn't need to worry.

A few months later and I'm in a situation where I have to rotate where I sleep on the mattress 90 degrees every week or so. What happens isn't a typical mattress sagging - the bed starts to slant and shift depending on where you're sleeping on it. The springs do not stay in place. When I put my pillow and sleep on another side, the bed will be normal for a day or two then start to sink on that side as well. The pain is unbelievable if you sleep on one side for too long.

This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made, and I encourage everyone reading this to not buy mattress products from Sears. I am over $1100 out of pocket and in a great deal of physical pain until I grit my teeth and cough up more money.

I called Sears about this back in May and I was told they can only check it for sagging a certain depth and have an inspector visit.

I asked if a slant, not a sink, greater than 2 inches qualified and the kid on the phone had no idea and shooed me off pretty quickly. The mattress doesn't maintain a single "sagging spot" or however they word it, and the problem is that the inside constantly shifts and moves. It's like sleeping on a pile of blocks covered with a blanket.

How can they sell something like this and just shoo you off? I can't believe I've been scammed by a company like Sears.
