We also had the same problem with our mattress, after 4 months it started sagging on one side. Calling sears was a nightmare. They told us someone would come and look at it, then after waiting 2 days and no return call, we called again. We were then told no one comes to peoples houses. We have no idea why someone told us this lie. We also were told to meassure and sent the photos to them, they would decide if it sagged enough for a new mattress. We paid our money for this, but they get to decide if it is acceptible or not. This is our last purchase from Sears
