I had made the mistake of letting these people into my house to remodel my kitchen. They were the cheapest around and I now know why. They are very cheap quality cabinets and i had to have installers come out 4 times to fix things. The installers left doors open all day letting bugs in my house and also left cigarette butts in my house (GROSS).
Greg N who is the person i dealt with during the project seemed unconcerned for this bad quality and kept saying the problems i was having were normal. Some of the problems were pits in the grouting that had to be fixed 3 times and the cabinet drawers sticking also fixed 3 times. The only good part of my experience was the granite counter top. I had specifically asked for certain cabinets with trash cans and such and they were not given to me. When I asked about the problem with it Greg told me that if i really wanted that I needed to make sure it was on the invoice.
In short I could go on for hours with this but basically the attitude only got worse once the final check was cut. Trying to get things fixed is impossible and basically I ended up with a low quality kitchen for $10k. These people will take advantage of you if you give them the opportunity. Stay away!!!
