Because of water damage, my hardwood floors had to be replaced and Servpro was called to dry out underneath my house. They packed everything and stored it in a warehouse. While my possessions were there one of the packers took his girlfriend to "see my furniture" and told me she fell in love with one of my chairs and offered to buy it for $50.00! He also said I had so many good recipes (how did he know?) and asked to have copies of them. I didn't give them to him. When I finally got back into my house and my things were returned that's when I found out what a terrible job they had done. Most boxes (there was over 100 of them) were marked "miscellaneous", so I
Had no way of knowing what was in them. After I finally got through going through them I found a number of things missing - a whole box of table lines (some bought in Europe), kitchen items, a large wooden bowl given to me by my uncle before he died, and and many accessory items. I called them and three of them came out to help me locate some of the things, but did not find them. They took down a dog gate and never did get it put together again because they couldn't find all the parts. They promised to continue looking for the lost items, but I never heard from them again. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!
