Ordered $5358.37 bed frame and armoire from futurama 1855 central ave yonkers ny 10710 mgr, ed cabrera 914 793 4560customer service rose levy (fax 718 445-2275) tel 18 445 8790 0n 10/26/01 cost$5358.37delivered 12/27/01 broken and inoperative armoire. Futurama refuses to pick up the damaged goods and child has to sleep on the floor.
Futurama purposely placed matresses on the bed, to hide the damage on side rails. Armoire never worked, and so noted on delivery receipt.
When men left and 90lb child sat on the bed, the bed collapsed. We called mrg ed cabrera seven times on 12/27/01 and he said rose levy @customer service wud handle next morning.
On 12/28/01 ms rose levy said pick ups only take place after the holidays. Till date, they have not removed the damage furniture and adamnatly refuse to do so.
We need your help. Ms rose levy is at 3702 main st flushing ny 11354. We have filed claim with bbb complaint 536403 and have nothing other than an online acknowledgement.
Futurama has fraudulantly represented these goods as new and we need some help. Meanwhile child has been sleeping on floor since dec 27,01.
