I ordered armoire which took almost 3 months for delivery, they told me 5- 8 weeks. Delivery men refused to carry to my son's nursery so they did send out another driver to provide white glove service that I paid for. The gentlemen showed up with his girlfriend and together they scratched my walls, damaged my ceiling, hole in the wall and scratches on my stairs. After unsuccesfully trying to move it they left armoire at the bottom of my stairs.
Erustic will not respond to my request to return furniture (which was w/in the 10 day guarantee return policy). Beyond horrible service, company is very dishonest and the quality of the armoire is junky — you can find better furniture at a place like target!!
