I represent E&M Metals, they supplied materials to Hector Betancourt / Texas State HVAC / Betencourt Environmental Air and they were never paid. Mr. Betancourt has promissed payment for over a year but has not paid a dime. He does not even answer his phone because he is afraid of the bill collectors. If he works on your property and doesn't pay his vendors, the vendors could file liens on your property, liens you will have to pay to remove. Do not do business with this individual or any of his companies.
