This property was managed by a different Management company at the time. All jobs were approoved and proposals for work were signed. I was told over and over again to be patient that I would be paid. The previous Management company no longer has this property & I was told to collect the money through the new management company. Which is Sunridge Management. I have done as asked but still have not been paid. As a last resort before filing a lien on the property I posted here on usacomplaints.com. This is a wonderful tool! I applaud complaint.com for their wonderful services. I posted concerning another property & looks as if I won't have to file a lien on that one. Hopefully this will work on this property as well.
