Stephen Oseer - Crooks - Ripped me off

I hired LUV HVAC to do my AC system in my house. He sole my money and didnt finish the job. He wont call me back, return my emails or voice mails. This guy and company are total crooks. Stay away from LUV HVAC - Stephen Osee
