Horrible customer service! Will not order ever again.

I understand a lot of people have had an amazing and outstanding experience with this company and they sell genuine products, but my experience has been completely different!

I made an order for a customed made oil catch can for my fiancé's Challenger SRT & I was hoping it would be finished by the end of December or the beginning of January. I placed the order in mid-November 24th, but he decided to change the order because he preferred a MOPAR engraving instead of SRT. I called SPEEDLOGIX and spoke with Sean, he told me it would take longer, about 4-7 weeks. It has been 2 months and not one representative has called me to give any details of my order. I composed an e-mail for a chat representative, they spoke with me, they couldn't really assist me all they could say is we are trying our best! I have called three times, all they could tell me is I have the original catch can do you still want it? The only resort I had was to call the company that made the engraving and give them my name & number and ask them to please call me when SPEEDLOGIX calls them & gives them any details about my order number and engraving direction's. From my understanding SPPEDLOGIX makes orders in bulks and the company they associate with lives 25 miles down the street from each other. I personally feel frustrated because I do not feel like a valued customer, nor do I feel like they understand my feelings. At this point, I'm not looking forward in receiving my order or ever associated myself with this company.
