Horrible service
I ordered Digital Photo Frames advertised to be eligible for engraving so I selected that. Not only does the site not state that the frames are not engraved, a plate is sent (apparently separately), I did not receive the personalized plates. They REFUSE to accept returns even tho the frames are exactly like you would purchase anywhere off the shelf (the only reason I used the site in the first place was FOR the engraving — if I only needed the frames, there are dozens of places I could have purchased same or better locally). To amplify the lack of customer service, we exchanged 7 emails before I gave up and in each one, I got same response — "Personalized Items Cannot Be Returned", "Have a great day" — completely ignored each question & answered something different. Bottom line - horrible service, cannot get refund or correct merchandise when THEY DO NOT SHIP WHAT WAS ORDERED.
I'd encourage anyone who sees this to NOT SHOP AT WEDDING CHANNEL STORE!!!
