Made the mistake of booking a curtain measure with this firm. Evonne turned up 2hrs late (no phone call no advice) as she was busy with another customer. She did not have the sample requested prior to her appointment and promised to drop off with the quote a week later. Never rang back after several calls as she was upset we complained that she was late.
No doubt with this lack of customer service, customers like myself will vote with their feet
