New home built in 2005 - have been trying to get Pulte to correct gradeing and drainage for over 1 and 1/2 years.
Foundation shifting, inside and outside cracks, plumbing in slab has shifted and has problems, every ceiling in home has wall to wall cracks and now the walls are cracking. Roof has shifted. Pulte has had lot grade shot over 4 times, each time Pulte agrees there is drainage/grade problem but does not fix it. I am down hill from other homes and rain water accumulates into my lot and floods me with every rain. Pulte refuses to address real issue which is water accumulating at foundation, and only offers cosmetic fixes. At last meeting the customer service person offered "legal" advice which would get me sued if I did it. They said, regarding the cosmetic ceiling fix they wanted to do - I would not have to disclose it when I sell the house - I have checked and this would be FRAUD and would get me in loads of legal trouble. Beware of what Pulte people tell you. I have been lied to, tricked, and cheated many times over. All their repairs make the problems worst and/or they have not done repairs as promised.
