I bought a brand new home in a new subdivision in antioch tn. My first day i moved my clothes in the new closet in the home my things in my new bathroom, the next day after i get off from work i am called by the construction mgr telling me to hold off moving in i got water damage to my new home, the subfloors in the home have seperated from the foundation and when you walk across the floor they make a awful sound and keep in mind this is a new
home i contact greenvale homes about my problem in the home and he tells me thats my problem i only have a yr warranty on the house, the a/c unit upstairs went out in 07/01, i call greenvale construction about this issue told me to read my contract, and thats my problem, well i go and start fixing things in the home the a/c man said the condensation pipe upstairs is routed wrong and needs to be taken care of right away, keep in mind this is a 187,500 dollar home and i am a first time homebuyer with a #1 credit, in the same year i check the walls on this home in my livingroom i have the cracks in the walls and also in the bathroom where i had water damage to this home i go to home depot to purchase the material to repair the walls and paint, i come back in a month the cracks are still in the same place, and also the bathroom, i do believe the foundation on this home has shifted because after all of this the garage door is damaged it will work some time now it pulled a loose from the house and the homeowner insurance refused to replace it, and to add more hardship to this i am being forclosed on this home may 10 10:00 am and my credit and my life is over from this, i been denied everything
