I had them come to my house to fix a leak in my roof. To start it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach them on the phone. Then they were really late by a few hours. Finally they took a look at my roof, "Said they fixed it", and charged me SEVERAL hundred dollars. Yet the very next day it rained and LEAKED AGAIN!!! When I called them back it took me DAYS to get a response, the tech that had done the work actually hung up on me. THEN I finally got the SAME guy to come look at the work he did and fix it AGAIN, to which he stated that this leak is a new one, not the one he JUST covered (although it was coming out of the same holes in my house!!!)
THEN he had the nerve to try and charge me AGAIN!!!
I AM calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!
These people should not be allowed to stay in business!
They Basically took advantage of me - ROBBED ME!
Do not use them if you value your dollar or your home!!!
