We contracted NVR to repair a leak in our roof for $1,245. One person came and spent 1 1/2 hours to fix our roof. Three days after the repair it rained and the roof leaked even more.
NVR sent an employee out to check the roof and wanted an additional $2,000 to fix the leak which they should have already repaired. I wanted to discuss this with Mr. Francis, the owner of NVR, but he would not return any of my phone calls.
We decided to contract another company which got high praise on Angie's List. The new company had 3 men fix our roof over a period of 8 hours and fixed the leak. Their cost was $1,100.
We are very dissatisfied with NVR's work and customer service. We did not get our $1,245 worth of work.
