I hired Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutters 1 1/2 years ago to repair a leak i had in my roof. They said i needed the flashing repaired on my whole house and the valleys redone from California cut" to wooven. It snowed the following day and i paid them. As the snow melted i went on the roof and noticed there were nails through the top sheets through the whole valley. It was as if someone that has never roofed did my roof. He also glued and nailed shingles over my flashing as a repair. I paid thousands of dollars for these repairs. Barry Barcliff (Calls himself Barry James) back to come repair all the shingles with the nails. He removed some, but there where still ALOT. And alot of shingles with rips. He also, just took nails out and put roof cement over the holes. My roof has leaked since. I called him back multiple times since with no answer. He FINALLY picked up and said he would come check. He put more roofing cement on the nail holes and near the flashing he was suppose to repair! I have brought in 3 other roofers and they could believe what a terrible job they had done and was a terrible unprofessional roof job and nails SOHULD NOT be on the top sheets! I am done calling these guys back and want a refund as i have to pay to redo all of the work.
