Promises made none kept!
Monday - I was promised a repair by the next day, since there was nothing in front of me.
Wednesday - not having had a call - I went by. Not only had they not gotten to mine, there were now a lot in line.
Thursday - not fixed. Guy on phone, apologetic, and didn't know why it hadn't been done.
I have been without a Polly over a week and no really good reason. May I suggest lazy?
