I ordered a solar pool cover from Leslie's six weeks ago. After I did not receive it for a month, I called and cancelled my order. The person I spoke to commented that the cover had been returned to the warehouse, so cancelling would not be a problem. I then ordered a similar cover from Amazon (cheaper and I received it two days after ordering it). A week later, the Leslie's cover ends up at my home. I call and remind them that it was cancelled. They acknowledge that and ask that I mail it back once I receive mailing tags. A week after that, I receive an email asking if I have the cover. Seriously? Now, they won't process my return and want me to pay to ship the cover back to them.
