Took polaris into kingwood, tx location for repair on 5/8. I was called on 5/11 with quote and i advised tech not to repair (to high) i would pick up equip. I went to pick up polaris on 5/14 i was told that my polaris was given to someone else and they asked me to take another customers polaris that looked to 10 yrs old at least. I was told that they did not know who they gave my poarlis to. Since then i have made 5 trips to the store & numerous calls to store as well as dist manager (has never returned my calls) and as of today i am still being told that my polaris has not been located.
At this point i am questioning rather i should file a police report for theft of my property. I have made leslie's my
place to buy pool supplies for the last several years but after this incident and the treatment i have received, it is time for me to take my money somewhere else.
I am contacting my attorney today for legal and will proceed in whatever manner necessary to recooperate damages/equipment.
