I called them 2 weeks ago to fix an emergency leak in upstairs bathroom that was running down into our kitchen and down our cupboards ruining the ceiling, they didnt get anyone out until the next day, then he said he had it fixed and left, well 15 min later i was calling them back because it was still leaking, they said they would send him right back, this was on a Thurday afternoon, Thurday night I got a call from them saying it was going to be Friday, then Friday they said it was going to be Monday the soonest they could get someone else out, well, I am still without plumbing in that bathroom 2 weeks later with no response.
In the meantime my dishwasher went out, I called them and told them about it, the repairmen came out on a Monday and said the motor needed replaced, he said he would send in a report that night, well, that was a week and a half ago, I cant get ahold of him, and they claim they never got the report.
This place is a rip off, they wont send anyone else out. Please, dont go with first american.
